Mannix

Before we went away, Mannix was finally starting to put some weight on. Then whilst we were there it all disappeared again!! He really was loosing weight quickly, then he was sick for 24 hours which didn't help the situation. To be honest we were starting to get really worried about him and almost ended up taking him to the vet. The weird thing is, he eats like a horse!!!!

Anyway, after following advice received from a few different people, he finally seems to be really bulking out. We rang the Burns helpline who advised us to put him on the large breed puppy food and to give him fried eggs!! So this, combined with salmon oil, and lots of carbohydrates has been his diet for the past two and a half weeks. And its working!! Yay!!

He still doesn't have much coat. I can't wait until he does!! And look at those ears :-/ they were looking really good until recently, and were nicely tipped even when the glue came out. Then all of a sudden.......boing, up they went!! He bears a striking resemblance to a fox don't you think?!
